Midsummer Snack

I've been snacking on this delicious treat lately and I thought I'd share it with you guys! I used to get this at Cold Stone and it was my favorite things to order there (besides coffee ice cream with heath bars in it, mmmmm). I found some frozen raspberries in our freezer the other day and decided to make it myself!

All you need is some frozen raspberries and lemon sorbet!
I just take the frozen raspberries and leave them out for like a half hour to make them less hard and easier to mush into the ice cream. Then, just add some lemon sorbet to the raspberries, mix them together, and enjoy! So perfect to eat on a hot summer day.

I used to call it "murder in the snow" because the raspberries look like some sort of awful carnage when you mush them into the white sorbet, haha. I'm a little bit morbid sometimes, I suppose?

Raspberries are awesome ~ one of my favourite foods. I don't know if this sounds weird, but I will eat them frozen just by themselves!

Frozen mixed berries in a cup for a summer snack is really yummy. ><
