So ever since I met Melissa from Crowded Closet the night we went out in New York during fashion week, I have been craving her deep plum shade of lipstick. And, huzzah! I have found the perfect shade! And it has the best name: Vamp. Mmmmm, sexytimes.
I love that it stays on, too. I hate lipsticks that you can just tell are low quality and fall off in an hour, it's the one make-up item that I can really tell is poorly made. But this one... is like Butta'. Like a big stick uh buttah.

Anyways, the best part of all this is that one of you gets to have a tube of Vamp all to yourself! I'm giving away a tube of Motives Vamp lipstick along with some fake lashes and paint pot eyeshadow (to complete your "Bam!" look). Since my last giveaway where you guys got to style the ModCloth dress on Polyvore (winner coming soon!), I thought it would be fun to do a similar giveaway where you got to style something again. That site is so addicting and awesome. This outfit I would wear out for cocktails or a beer to listen to some music most likely.
But I kept playing with different bag options... Could dress it down with a larger bag for weekend day shopping or coffee or running around with and a sweater or cardigan to cover the back to make it more work/office appropriate.

I would wear this plus your gorgeous lipstick to go to our luxury shopping street here and dare walk in all the shops I didn't dare to enter before and I'd pretend to look at the clothes as if I could afford to buy them and nobody would doubt that I could. This would be fun I think, pretending to have enough money, haha. Sfterwards I would sit in a café and do some people-watching, I love to watch all the different people that walk by.
Sigh, this would be a nice afternoon :)

The Vamp color looks so sexy and mysterious! I create an outfit for an all night long party in the city (Chicago for me :P). It is a hip, sexy urban outfit. I choose sequins top and mini skirt with bold bright color and pattern to enhance the dark Vamp lipstick color.

The perfect outfit for ravaging humans and draining them of their blood... erm... i mean... for an afternoon coffee date or a night out.
I wanted to avoid the typical "vampire" colours that go hand-in-hand with such a dark coloured lipstick, and mixed it with a tealish blue instead. I think it goes together rather well :)
