The truth is out there

Does anyone else feel like there are just simply not enough hours in a day? I mean, it's not like I'm busy doing things I don't want to be doing. Well, I mean, work isn't really my favorite place to be, but I like my job and I'm making money, so I'm certainly not wasting time there. So I spend 10 hours of my day there, well, 11 counting lunch, then I come home and I have six hours until I absolutely must be in bed. All those hours are spend taking photographs and blogging and catching up on internet things.

I'm hoping that once the Brave comes into my life I'll still have time to do all the things I love doing! I promise to take lots of photos of my progress on whatever Brave I end up getting. Right now I'm praying for the right thing to happen at the right time. Things are kind of out of my hands for the time being, so I'm trying to remain calm and constantly remind myself that things will come together at the right time and in the right way.

I'm just so excited to get working on it, you know? I hope you guys don't mind me rambling on about Winnebago stuff. I'll probably have a new photo pal, too, haha. I'm actually kind of hoping to get one that's a little run down. I feel like we'll bond over the restoration process. Okay, I have to stop talking about this, I'm getting too antsy!

Before I went outside the thermometer said it was 57 degrees, but I'm calling BS on that. It was so not 57 degrees. I'm gonna say 47 degrees at most. Such a gross dreary day! My computer tells me that the sun will come out this weekend and I'm eagerly awaiting its arrival!
Speaking of arrival, one of my best friends from Washington is coming up for the summer! He'll be arriving sometime this weekend and I can't wait! He's gonna be living about 3 hours away from me, but with my 3 day weekends I hope to get out there. Maybe you'll actually see pictures of me being social!

Oh, and just a friendly reminder! You can get 15% off at Vintage Strings through the end of the month with the promo code "delight15"! Take advantage before April comes to a close!

There are not even close to enough hours in the day. I miss the days of being in college when I had no more than 8 hours of class and the rest of the day to do whatever. I definitely did not take advantage of that.

Anyway, your dress is so cute and I love it over your plaid shirt.

oh, I really love your outfit. I have some of the same pieces.. thanks for the inspiration!

btw, things do come together in time, I think the waiting process is the most annoying yet the most beautiful part of it all. don't worry! you'll see... in no time you'll be driving around in your winnebego.

peace & love! :)

I love hearing about the Bravo trip actually!
So what would you do if you had more hours in the day? Sometimes I find that if I only spend time on the internet every other day I spend about as much time as I would if I did it every day if that makes sense. So I'm trying to do that more often.

I work 10 hour days with a three-day "weekend" too, and I feel you on the pros and cons of such a schedule. It makes me feel a bit better that I'm not the only one who goes home, does photos and computer stuff, then goes to bed and starts all over!

I love this post because the title reminds me of X-files. I love the outfit, I just got a jumper from salvation army and you are giving me ideas :)

yay for friends! And i personally think we should move from the 24 hour day to the 48 hour day.

I truly believe that things work out the way they are meant to, and everything happens for a reason! With that in mind it makes life a little easier - when I remember it! hahaha.

It's fun sharing how excited you are!

I couldn't agree more about how there are not enough hours in the day. I come home from school and go on my computer and I'm always so surprised when I see the time on the clock.
So much of my time is spent on the internet.

Not enough hours in the day, so true. And I´m wondering how you still manage to look this cute every day!

I never feel like there are enough hours in the day, so I completely empathize with you there. I've also come to realize that *most* things are out of our control and really the best thing we can do is whatever we can to better ourselves and hope for a good path. :)

being that it is final exam period for me right now, there certainly are not enough hours in that day, but then again, I can be horribly inefficient with my time

love the denim dress

I love what you're wearing. Especially the dress.
NOrmally I have a belief policy that denim should stay below the waist but in this case I withdraw that and say that your dress is darling and perfect :)

I'm with you on there not being enough hours in the day. Even if there were 36 hours in one, I still don't think it'd be enough.

I'm really hoping everything works out for your Winnebago. I really want to see all the cool adventures you'll be going on!

everytime I'm in Anchorage I think I'm going to see you. I would probably scream "DELIGHTFULLY TACKY!!1!" and make it awkward for both of us.

you're like waldo and I'm like, "where is she?"

haha sorry.

it's funny because my beau and I were just talking about this other day, he turned to me out of the blue and said "how is it that other people have time to DO things?" my reply: "Other people don't do as much as we do, we're not other people". There are NOT enough hours in the day at all, haha! I'm in the same boat for sure.

I think the Winnebago trip will be amazing for you, and really interesting for us to (hopefully) read all about. So cool that your friend will be spending the summer with you!
