A lot of people have been asking me to post photos of me wearing pants. So, here yah go.
These first photos are really overexposed. My camera was set on 800 ISO and the battery kept dying, so I didn't notice. Sorry for the extreme over exposure. We can pretend that I was going for some artsy overexposed-on-purpose look.

I guess the reason I don't wear pants is because I don't really know how to wear them that well. I wore jeans and t-shirts pretty much exclusively for at least 10 years of my life, so whenever I wear jeans I have a hard time being creative without falling into that same old rut of just jeans and a t-shirt. I guess old habits die hard. Maybe I should try more often to wear jeans. Try to think a little harder and be more creative. Calivintage seems to wear pants so well, I need to tap in to whatever she's got going on. Erin, teach me your ways!!

the first look is very comfy cozy - a great pants look on you! looks like something you would normally wear with a highwaisted skirt. :)
i am caught somewhere in between loving dresses and jeans. not pants - just jeans. jeans, i love. other pants... it's ahrd to find a pair that fit with my booty. dresses are my fav come spring/summer. they're so easy and light!

jeans are really easy to fall into a rut with. I get stuck in cardigans, t-shirts, berets, and jeans way too often
Really simple yet creative to wear the shirt backwards-- it definitely has that wow! effect when you look at it from the back.

I agree, I find it very hard to be creative with pants, it seems so much easier with dresses and skirts! But you look lovely though, I like that you're wearing your shirt backwards!

I know what you mean though. I have difficulty wearing jeans without slipping back as well. For so long that was all I wore. I wanted to look like everyone else. I like how I dress now much more though, I don't care if it's not normal, it's me.
However, I would love to find some nice high waisted pants or jeans. Like Marilyn Monroe looks so cute in jeans.

I hate wearing jeans, as well. I feel scrubby and unoriginal. I actually spent most of the morning today looking for cute tops to pair with the new jeans I just ordered.

I have a hard time making jeans look right too. I think it's because they are so stiff and uncomfortable. But you can rock leggings so maybe a slimmer cut pant would be right for you?
I'm totally with you about jeans - I lived in them for so long that now it's hard to think outside of the boring jeans-and-tshirt box when I put them on!
